Are you eligible for a fee subsidy?
If you commence your short course in 2021 and complete your full certificate in 2021 or in semester 1 2022, you can receive the fee discount. This means all courses as part of your graduate degree will be significantly subsidised.
Graduate Certificate of General & Applied Linguistics
I chose to study the Graduate Certificate of General & Applied Linguistics because ANU is world class university. The short course was a chance for me to explore this area, without committing to a whole master’s degree.
Why I chose ANU
In the past, regional lawyers like myself would have had to uproot themselves and transfer to larger centres to pursue higher education; however, the online courses offered by the ANU have increased access to education for those of us who are either unable or unwilling to move to the city. I am really enjoying the opportunity to further my studies at a university as prestigious as ANU whilst being able to continue living in a community that I enjoy.
